Webb Industrial was founded in January 2024 with the purpose of bringing industry leading real estate services to Florida industrial businesses. Evan and Savannah Webb formed the organization with a focus on local representation of warehouse users. Our unique backgrounds as business owners and investors provides a “focused-approach” to all of the clients we serve. Headquartered in Tampa, Webb Industrial works with companies across the state as well as throughout the nation.

Roots and Expertise
At Webb Industrial, our professional stories are deeply intertwined with our backgrounds in the region. As native Floridians Evan and Savannah Webb both attended Florida State University where they met, and married shortly after graduation. Their professional lives took them to Dallas-Fort Worth where Evan began a career in Commercial Real Estate, working with the area’s leading industrial brokerage. Webb Industrial was founded in conjunction with the family’s strategic decision to relocate and establish roots in Tampa. This move was not just a professional shift but motivated by a desire to be closer to family and friends in a region which they both hold dear.
Our background spans engaging with local small businesses to overseeing institutional investments and capital, equipping us with a comprehensive understanding of the industrial real estate landscape. This blend of professional experience and personal commitment to the local market enriches our approach, enabling us to serve the Central Florida region with an “all-in” mentality for our clients and partners.
